What we believe

AI in hiring is useful, but needs audit trails.

Voice interviews at scale only work if every decision can be replayed seven years later against the exact model version. Adding compliance after product-market fit is how AI vendors get pulled off the market by regulators; building it in means we can sell into regulated industries from day one.

Regional residency is not a feature, it is the product.

EU candidates stay in EU data centres, Singapore candidates stay in Singapore. The cross-region transfer only fires with explicit consent and Standard Contractual Clauses. This constrains the architecture — schema-per-tenant Postgres, GCS buckets pinned to region, KMS keys per region — but it is non-negotiable.

Candidates deserve human review.

GDPR Art. 22 and the EU AI Act both require it; we make it a one-click button rather than a support ticket. Every rejected outcome ships with a "Request human review" path, and a qualified reviewer re-scores the interview without the AI output biasing them.

Small, opinionated, focused.

We are a small team. That means fewer sales engineers to talk to, but also that the person who writes the feature is the person who answers the support email. We optimise for deep partnerships with fewer regulated buyers over breadth.
